  • Heat 1 tortilla in medium nonstick skillet on medium heat. Top with layers of half each of the beans, sour cream, cheddar, tomatoes and avocados; cover with second tortilla. Carefully turn quesadilla over. Repeat layers; top with remaining tortilla.
  • Turn quesadilla over; cook 5 min. or until bottom is browned and cheese is melted. Remove from skillet.
  • Cut quesadilla into 8 wedges. Serve with salsa.
