Make It

  • Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.

  • Beat dry pudding mixes, milk and juice with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Spread 1-1/2 cups onto bottom of crust. Whisk 3/4 cup Cool Whip into remaining pudding; spread over pudding layer in crust. Top with remaining Cool Whip.

  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

I liked this recipe, very simple, I preferred the bottom and middle layers, if I made it again I think I would use the Cool Whip as an add on, then people could choose whether they wanted it or not.

I used chocolate instant pudding as I could not find lemon instant pudding anywhere (except lemon pie filling mix). It was loved by everyone!! Could someone let me know where I can find lemon instant pudding. Thanks!

I am by far "a good cook" and "desert maker" so everyone says, lol. I am always asked to buy something not make it. I made this dessert and it was "awesome" everyone raved about it and wouldn't believe I made it lol. It was easy and didn't take long. I will make this often now.

I've made this pie countless times. A friend of mine who doesn't like lemon pie loved it. My kids and husband ask me all the time to make. Easy, quick and deeeelicious!

Enjoyed by the whole family even my husband whoes favourite is Lemon Meringe. Grandaughter loved it so much she requested, the next day, that if there were any left loves could I let her have them. This is from a 15 year old who never eats desert.

Easy and so decadent! I used skim milk and light cool whip to save a bit on fat...but the taste was rich and lemony. A new family favorite.
