Are these the same as your tuna fish cakes? If so why are the ingredients different? In your What's Cooking mag there is mozza-cheddar cheese, relish and shredded carrot while this one does not but it has only mozza cheese, green onion and lemon juice. The recipe in your mag is an excellent one and I always have rave comments and no leftovers when I make them in appetizer size.
We enjoyed the patties. Turned out really well. I used 2 eggs and cut down on the water -just enough to moistened. I used a hamburger press-held together. I cooked on indoor grill.
We all love this recipe. My 6-year old daughter, who won't eat tuna, loves it in this recipe. I usually substitute celery for green onion, and add fresh dill and garlic. An absolute winner in our house!!
