  • Place mushrooms in medium bowl. Add enough hot water to completely cover mushrooms. Let stand 30 min. Drain mushrooms; chop coarsely.
  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, heat oil in large deep nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms, parsley, garlic and crushed red pepper; mix well. Cook 2 min., stirring constantly. Stir in pasta sauce; cook 6 to 8 min. or until slightly thickened and heated through, adding tuna after 3 min.
  • Drain pasta. Add to ingredients in skillet; toss until evenly coated.

Special Extra

Set out small bowls filled with lemon wedges and additional crushed red peppers. Let your guests use to top their individual servings of this delicious pasta dish.
