  • COMBINE soup and eggs; blend until smooth. Add broccoli, rice, tuna, 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese and the Parmesan grated cheese.
  • SPOON into a 10-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Cover with waxed paper.
  • MICROWAVE on MEDIUM-HIGH power for 5 min. Stir well. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese. Cover and microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH power for 5 min. longer or until a toothpick inserted off-centre comes out clean. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
