  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Cover rimmed baking sheet with parchment; spray with cooking spray.
  • Reserve 1/2 cup dip. Mix remaining dip with remaining ingredients just until blended; shape into 24 (1-inch) meatballs. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 min. or until done (165ºF).
  • Serve meatballs with the reserved dip.

Substitute

Substitute water or milk for the olive liquid.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with grilled pita bread, and a tomato and cucumber salad drizzled with your favourite Renée's Vinaigrette.
