  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Prepare stuffing as directed on package, adding vegetables to water with the stuffing mix.
  • Spread stuffing mixture onto turkey, just to within 1/4 inch of edges. Roll up each cutlet; tie with kitchen string to secure. Dip in egg then in coating mix, tunring to evenly coat each roll-up. Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until done (170°F). Remove string before serving.


Prepare using your favourite variety of Shake'N Bake Coating Mix.
