Absolutely fantastic. My husband gave this a "20"! here are my changes:
- instead of shake and bake, used Italian breadcrumbs
- instead of serving it with pasta, served it with roasted potatoes
- instead of regular tomatoes, used grape tomatoes, unseeded

I found this to be a great, easy and fast meal to put together. The tomatos and dressing complimented the turkey very well. I had it with rice instead of the pasta. Turkey...its not just for the holidays anymore.
