Foil packets get very hot during cooking because of steam that build up as the food cooks. Adults should remove packets from grill with tongs and wear oven mitts. Pierce top of foil packet with a barbecue fork to allow steam to eascape before folding back the top and allowing any additional steam to dissipate.
Place the foil packets on paper plate and eat right out of the packet.
