  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Cook potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 15 min. or until tender.
  • Meanwhile, cook turkey with onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat until turkey is done, stirring frequently. Add all remaining ingredients except cream cheese product; mix well. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add half the cream cheese; cook 2 to 3 min. or until melted, stirring occasionally. Spoon into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Drain potatoes, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water. Return potatoes to pan; mash to desired consistency. Add remaining cream cheese and half of the cooking water; stir until cream cheese is melted. Add remaining reserved cooking water if thinner consistency is desired. Spoon over turkey mixture.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Special Extra

For more colour and flavour, sprinkle with additional paprika before baking as directed.
