I just love this rice dish. It is easy, tons of flavour, chalked full of goodness, and is a super salad to take to a dinner party.
The adults enjoyed this dish - the kids were not too thrilled about it - I will definitely make it again - it has a nice tangy flavour that is a nice change for the normal rice
Really liked this and am looking forward to trying it with different dressings! Great for summer BBQS!
