  • Cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (170ºF). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Reduce heat to medium. Add cream cheese product, pesto, water and tomatoes to skillet; cook, uncovered, 2 min. or until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
  • Return chicken to skillet; spoon sauce over chicken. Cook 1 min. or until chicken is heated through. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.


Prepare using Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product and Cracker Barrel Shredded Light 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese.

Serving Suggestion

Spoon over hot cooked ravioli or fettuccine.


Prepare using cherry tomatoes.

    Simply awesome! I used white wine to thin the sauce. My 5 year old loved it.

    Fabulous! Super easy to make and delicious too. I always double recipes to feed my army and it worked out well. Like others suggested I julienned some carrots, and added different coloured peppers, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. (We love our veggies!) I also thinned with some chicken broth. It's a requested fav by my kids.
