  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Reserve 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce. Mix all remaining ingredients just until blended; press into 8x4-inch loaf pan.
  • Bake 1 hour 5 min. or until done (160ºF), brushing with reserved barbecue sauce after 50 min.
  • Let stand 5 min. before slicing.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with roasted squash and steamed fresh spinach or Swiss chard.

    Easy prep, quick clean-up and when we ate it about an hour after it was cooked, it was still very moist and tasty.
