  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Prick potatoes in several places with fork. Bake 1 hour. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
  • Cut thin slice off top of each potato. Discard tops; scoop out centres, leaving 1/8-inch-thick shells. Mash potatoes. Add dressing, sour cream and onions; mash until fluffy. Spoon into shells; top with Cheez Whiz and bacon bits. Place in shallow baking dish.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Special Extra

Prepare as directed, adding cooked chopped broccoli to the potato filling before spooning into shells.

    This is one of my favorites - and really easy to make. I normally throw the cheese whiz in with the potato mixture and top with shredded cheese. Delicious and so simple!
