Great recipe, even non-potatoe eating teen loved this. I did add chredded cheese into the mix then sprinkled some on top. I now have to make these at least once every two weeks.
My kids loved it . . . "when can we have it again?"
Easy and good! I put bacon in the cream cheese mixture as well as on top, plus added some cheddar cheese near the end. Yum.
