  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Prick potatoes in several places with fork. Bake 1 hour 15 min. or until tender. Cool slightly.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half; scoop out centres into medium bowl, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. Mash potato centres with cream cheese product and milk until smooth. Stir in cheddar and half the ham.
  • Spoon mashed potato mixture into potato shells; top with remaining ham. Place in 13x9-inch pan.
  • Bake 20 min. or until potatoes are heated through and cheddar is melted.

Make Ahead

Fill potato shells and top with remaining ingredients as directed, but do not bake. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake as directed increasing the baking time if necessary until potatoes are heated through and cheddar is melted.

Shortcut

To speed up the preparation time, microwave the pricked whole potatoes on HIGH 9 to 12 min. or until tender. Cool slightly. Heat oven, then fill and bake potatoes as directed.
