Fill potato shells and top with remaining ingredients as directed, but do not bake. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake as directed increasing the baking time if necessary until potatoes are heated through and cheddar is melted.
To speed up the preparation time, microwave the pricked whole potatoes on HIGH 9 to 12 min. or until tender. Cool slightly. Heat oven, then fill and bake potatoes as directed.
