  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Mix meat, bread crumbs, dry seasonings, eggs and 1/2 cup dip just until blended; shape into 12 patties. Place on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 min. or until done (160ºF).
  • Spread remaining dip onto bottom halves of buns; top with burgers, mint, tomatoes and cheese. Cover with tops of buns.


Prepare using extra-lean ground beef, chicken or turkey.


Instead of adding the whole mint leaves to the sandwich filling, chop the mint. Mix half with the meat mixture before shaping into patties and baking as directed. Stir remaining mint into the remaining 1/4 cup dip before spreading onto bottom halves of buns before topping with the cooked burgers, tomatoes, cheese and tops of buns.
