This one of my favorites with a few tweaks. I also add a layer of cooked ground meat (cold) after the beans, mix the taco seasoning with the sour cream(easier) and add chopped tomatoes on top. Then I also need a deeper, larger dish and spread it right out to the edges and serve it with nacho chips. Delicious!
everyone loved it... and super simple :)
I added a layer of guacamole and brought it to a baby shower, and to a kitchen gadget party. Each time I brought home an empty dish. I used a deeper dish then a pie plate though. and a few sliced jalepenos never hurts either!
