  • Pour buttermilk over chicken in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of each drumstick with buttermilk.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate, turning after 30 min.
  • Heat oven to 400ºF. Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Combine coating mix and cheese in pie plate.
  • Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Add chicken, 1 drumstick at a time, to coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each drumstick with coating mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 35 to 38 min. or until done (165ºF).

Serving Suggestion

Serve with baked French fries.
