  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch-thick sticks; place in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
  • Spread into single layer on large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Spray with additional cooking spray.
  • Bake 22 to 24 min. or until potatoes are crisp and golden brown, turning after 12 min.

How to Easily Cut Potatoes into Sticks

Cut potatoes lengthwise in half; place, cut-sides down, on cutting board. This will hold the potatoes in place when you cut them into sticks.

    Very delicious with Yukon gold potatoes as well! this is now a family favourite...especially amongst my picky kids!

    Very tasty...not fond of Parmasean cheese but this put a nice taste and flavor to the potatoes.

    Loved it. My picky granddaughter devoured it. Used parchment paper - did not stick at all.
