  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Dip chicken in flour, then in egg and biscuit crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Place in single layer in shallow pan.
  • Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF). Meanwhile, bring tomatoes and dressing to boil in skillet on medium heat; simmer on low heat 10 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • Top chicken with cheese; bake 3 to 5 min. or until melted. Serve topped with tomato mixture.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked spaghetti. But watch the serving size - 50 g of uncooked spaghetti will yield 1 cup cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle each serving with 1 tsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese.

Special Extra

Add 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil to tomato mixture before cooking as directed.
