I just made this cake, I had 2 problems with it. 1)All the cherries sunk to the bottom of the cake, how can I stop this?
2) The cake was way to moist, I couldn't cut it, it fell apart, I didn't have to add any water to the pineapple juice as the juice made 1c. Should I go less on the juice if by how much?
Other than that I loved it, want to make again for Christmas.
