  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook manicotti as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add peppers, onions and parsley; stir. Cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Cool 10 min.
  • Mix pasta sauce and water until blended; pour half into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Add ricotta, Parmesan and egg to vegetable mixture; mix well. Drain manicotti; fill with cheese mixture. Place in baking dish; top with remaining pasta sauce. Cover.
  • Bake 45 to 50 min. or until heated through.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella before baking the manicotti for the last 10 min. of the baking time.

How to Easily Fill the Manicotti Shells

Spoon ricotta mixture into large resealable plastic bag. Cut large piece off one bottom corner of bag. Use to fill manicotti shells by squeezing the ricotta mixture into both ends of each shell.
