  • Arrange croutons onto bottom and up side of 10-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Combine vegetables, cheeses and 1/2 cup dressing; spoon into crouton crust.
  • Whisk remaining ingredients, including remaining dressing, until blended; pour over vegetable mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Heat oven to 350°F. Bake quiche 45 to 50 min. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Let stand 15 min. before cutting to serve.

Cut crusty bread into small cubes, then toast in oven or under the broiler until lightly browned.
