  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add peppers, onions, zucchini, bacon and garlic; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Cool slightly.
  • Heat oven to 375ºF. Add cheese, bread crumbs, chili sauce and ketchup to cooked vegetable mixture; mix well. Spoon into mushroom caps. Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 min. or until mushrooms are tender and filling is heated through.

Make Ahead

These delicious mushrooms can be stuffed ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 4 hours before baking as directed.
