This was a good recipe, the cheese did leak out on a couple of them. However they were pretty tasty and everyone did enjoy them. I made mine a little smaller than in the picture more of a one bite than a two bite
I had a bit of trouble with the recipe and I think that maybe I made the potato balls too large. They seemed too heavy as an appetizer. If I make it again, I'd make the balls as small as possible.
