This was a good recipe, the cheese did leak out on a couple of them. However they were pretty tasty and everyone did enjoy them. I made mine a little smaller than in the picture more of a one bite than a two bite

I had a bit of trouble with the recipe and I think that maybe I made the potato balls too large. They seemed too heavy as an appetizer. If I make it again, I'd make the balls as small as possible.

I made these twice now and making them again today. I love the idea of other cheese in them am going to try it this time. Thank you everyone for you comments they help.

I tried this, but I didn't find them to be firm enough and the cheese leaked out. I liked them, but they didn't turn out how the picture implies

I substituted velveeta cheese for marble cheese and it was delicous

We really enjoyed these! I only had mozzarella cheese and no green onion, so I added sour cream, garlic, onion, and chilli powder for a little kick. There was lots of flavor. Will be making again.

I liked the ease of this recipe but found the potatoes a little bland. Next time I would add some garlic and maybe a little Parmesan cheese to the potatoes.

I used more shake n bake than the recipe called for but they turned out awesome and was asked for the recipe. I am freezing some leftovers to see how they will be. would like to know if they could be putin the acti fry deep fryer from tfal..carol

GREAT recipe, easy to make and they were a big hit at my party this weekend.

too time consuming and tasteless

dry and tasteless

I tried some with mozarella as well, and they turned out great!

Excellent recipe. Very easy to make. I made a double batch and froze half for a quick side dish on another day.

Delicious and I added cayenne to a batch for those who like hot spicy food. What a hit! Thanks Kraft.

I don't cook much, but I think these are the best things I've ever made. I made potato skins the day before so I used the leftover potato I scooped out to make them. Although easy to make, it's a bit time consuming and took me about 20 - 30 minutes just to roll them into balls.
