  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place Velveeta in large microwaveable bowl. Stir in milk. Microwave on MEDIUM 3 min. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 1-1/2 min. Remove 3/4 cup of the sauce; set aside for later use.
  • Add chicken and vegetables to remaining sauce; mix well. Spoon evenly onto crêpes. Roll up. Place, seam-sides down, in greased 13x9-inch baking dish. Drizzle with reserved 3/4 cup sauce. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake 30 min. or until hot and bubbly.

Substitute

Substitute turkey for the chicken.
