  • Toss avocados with lime juice.
  • Combine salad greens, mangos and berries in large bowl. Add dressing; mix lightly. Transfer salad to a large platter.
  • Top with avocados just before serving.

Variation

Prepare using your favourite fruit combination. For example, substitute apricots, peaches or pears for the mangos; and/or blackberries or dried cranberries for one of the suggested berries.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. toasted chopped almonds or walnuts before serving.
