For a more authentic flair, use rice paper instead of lettuce leaves. Include cilantro leaves, mango strips and pork shreds as choices for the filling. Excellent! We do "Asian Night" at least once a month and are always lookng for a new addition. From toddler to teenager the whole family found this a fun and tasty addition. I added some orange juice and zest and a little ginger to the dipping sace to sweeten it up for the kids.
