  • Cook nuts and syrup in small skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. or until syrup starts to foam, stirring constantly. Spread nuts onto parchment-covered baking sheet; separate with fork. Cool completely.
  • Toss apples with lemon juice in medium bowl. Add celery and Miracle Whip; mix lightly.
  • Arrange 24 serving spoons in single layer on plate; fill each with about 1 Tbsp. apple salad. Top with nuts.

Make Ahead

The nuts and apple salad can be prepared ahead of time. Store nuts in tightly covered container at room temperature up to 24 hours before using. Apple salad can be stored in refrigerator up to 2 hours before using as directed.
