  • Mix honey, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, lemon juice and garlic until blended. Pour half the honey mixture over chicken in shallow dish; stir. Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate, stirring after 1 hour.
  • Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions and mushrooms; cook 2 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add chicken; cook 7 to 9 min. or until done (165ºF), stirring frequently.
  • Place salad greens on 4 plates; top with chicken mixture. Pour remaining honey mixture into skillet; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Drizzle over salads.


Substitute red pepper strips for the mushrooms.
