Flour tortillas take the place of homemade crepes in this quick and easy recipe. Warm bananas and chocolate pudding come together to make deliciously simple crepes - perfect for breakfast, brunch or a sweet treat.

  • Place butter and brown sugar in large frying pan; cook on medium heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally. Add banana slices; cook and stir 2 min. or until heated through. Transfer banana mixture to bowl; cover to keep warm.
  • Heat tortilla in same pan; place on serving plate. Spoon pudding snack evenly down centre of tortilla; top evenly with the banana mixture. Fold in both ends of tortilla, then roll up. Cut tortilla crosswise in half.
  • Place each half, seam side down, on serving plate. Top each with 1 Tbsp. whipped topping. Serve immediately.

Healthy Living

Lighten up by substituting 1 Tbsp. margarine for the butter and using a nonstick frying pan.


Substitute 1 medium pear or apple for the banana.

    Not bad, but a bit too sweet. Also very messy and hard to fold - mine didn't look anything like the photo.

    Very good, but can be very messy. Try using the recommended amount of filling for two tortillas. I also tried it with vanilla pudding and apples with cinnamon instead. It was very delicious!!
