  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine gingersnap crumbs and butter.
  • Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup syrup. Place peaches in 8- or 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Pour reserved syrup and milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with whisk 2 min.; pour over peaches.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with crumb mixture; bake 10 min. Cool slightly.
