  • Mix 1 Tbsp. dressing and soy sauce; brush onto chicken. Refrigerate 15 min.
  • Heat barbecue to medium heat. Grill chicken 10 to 12 min. or until done (170ºF), turning after 6 min. Cut into thin slices.
  • Toss lettuce with tomatoes, oranges and remaining dressing; place on 2 plates. Top with chicken and cheese.

    Omit the soy sauce. It is not needed there is way to much sodium in this recipe. Otherwise a definate make again!!!!
