  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Toss squash and garlic with 1/4 cup dressing; spread onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet. Bake 35 to 40 min. or until squash is tender, turning after 20 min.
  • Meanwhile, bring water and quinoa to boil in saucepan on high heat; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until quinoa is tender and water is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  • Spoon quinoa into large bowl. Add squash, remaining dressing and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.

The quinoa can be cooked in advance. Cool, then refrigerate up to 24 hours before using as directed.
