    I loved it and it is very easy to make. I use bacon bits that I make, however.

    I altered this recipe slightly to serve at a dinner party . I wanted to allow guests a choice in dressing so I sauteed the mushrooms rather than heat the dressing. The sauteed mushrooms were added to the spinach, bacon bits and some red onion. It was delicious. My guests loved it!
