I did it on the BBQ instead of a frying pan. Fantastic. I loved the way the blue cheese got all warm and melty from the steak. And fire roasted red peppers are one of my favourite things. I brushed the dressing over the onion and peppers before grilling.
A big hit, but we used feta instead of blue cheese.
