  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Arrange fruit and raisins in 9-inch square baking dish.
  • Combine butter, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. Stir until well mixed. Pour over fruit.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until heated through and syrup is bubbly. Serve warm over ice cream, pound cake or angel food cake.

Make Ahead

Fruit compote can be made a day ahead and reheated in the microwave.

Special Extra

Add a few tablespoons of your favourite liqueur to the fruit mixture.
