How the Watergate Salad recipe got its current name remains somewhat of a mystery. Some believe it's linked to the infamous American political scandal while others attribute it to the Watergate Hotel. Despite the debate, everyone does agree on one thing - it's a simply delicious recipe!

This is a recipe I've made for many years. Always a popular addition to any meal....can be a fruity salad, or can be a dessert. I usually make it in the summertime...and is always gone...no leftovers to take home.
Love this - I also add a bit of shredded coconut - mmmmmmm!
