  • Mix first 6 ingredients until blended.
  • Cook noodles as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, heat 1 Tbsp. oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 3 to 4 min. or until evenly browned. Remove from wok; cover to keep warm.
  • Add remaining oil to skillet; heat 1 min. Add vegetables and water chestnuts; stir-fry 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add chili sauce mixture; stir-fry 5 min. or until slightly thickened. Add meat; stir-fry 2 min. or until heated through.
  • Serve over noodles.
