  • Pierce both sides of steak with fork; place in shallow dish. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over steak. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  • Grill steak 7 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF). Cut across the grain into thin slices.

Close lid of barbecue and heat on high heat 5 to 10 min. to burn away excess food residue. Turn heat off, then use long-handled wire brush to clean the barbecue grate.
