  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done. Transfer chicken to plate, reserving drippings in skillet. Cover chicken to keep warm.
  • Add onions to drippings in skillet; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add whiskey and Worcestershire Sauce; stir. Bring to boil, stirring constantly to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet. Simmer on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
  • Serve chicken topped with whiskey sauce and parsley.


Substitute 25%-less-sodium chicken broth for the whiskey.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with cut-up roasted red and/or yellow peppers.
