    I have made this salad a few times and it never disappoints. I like to add chickpeas to it as well as the white beans. Always a hit with my family.

    this was good and want to use more beans for protein in my diet rather than meat all the time and good taste. I substituted lettuce for kale and was great too.

    I wanted a diffrent salad for dinner, and I liked the idea of white beans ... I used romaine lettuce, regular tomatoes, an avacado, red onion, and 1/2 can of white kidney beans. I sprinkled on about 1 tsp. of dried basil and tossed it. I let everyone put on their owm amount of ranch dressing. The whole family LOVED it!!! There was 1 serving left over so I had it for lunch today and was still very delicious the next day! I will definately be making this again, and will try it as a meal salad the next time I have left over roasted checken!
