  • Microwave chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 3 minutes or until almost melted; stir until completely melted. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Spoon 1 tsp.of the chocolate mixture into each of 48 paper-lined miniature muffin cups; cover.
  • Refrigerate 20 minutes or until chocolate is set.


Prepare as directed, substituting raisins for the dried cranberries.

How to Melt Chocolate in Microwave

Place unwrapped chocolate squares in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM 2 minutes (for 2 squares) or until chocolate is almost melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Increase microwave time as necessary when melting additional squares of chocolate.
