  • Just follow our 3 simple steps

  • Drain 1 can (19 fl oz / 540 mL) pineapple chunks. Reserve 1/2 cup juice and mix with 1 cup Kraft Chicken'N Rib BBQ Sauce; set aside.
  • Place pineapple chunks, and a 1/2 cup each sliced carrots and chopped green peppers on a foil-lined 10x15-inch baking pan. Top with 12 chicken wings, tips removed (about 3 per person).
  • Bake at 400°F for 30 min. Remove pan from oven and pour barbecue sauce mixture over chicken and vegetables. Bake an additional 10 min.

Serving Suggestion

Serve this delicious meal with cooked rice.

    This recipe is SO easy to throw together! My crew loves it, I often make it using boneless, skinless chicken thighs instead of wings, which works great! My eldest daughter is such a picky eater, but this is a dish she'll put away quick!
