  • Mix cheese and ketchup until blended; spread onto 6 bread slices. Cover with remaining bread slices to make 6 sandwiches.
  • Spread outsides of sandwiches with butter.
  • Cook, in batches, in large skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and outsides of sandwiches are golden brown.

Radical Reuben

Prepare sandwiches as directed, using Cracker Barrel Shredded Swiss Au Gratin Cheese and marble rye bread, and filling bread slices with 1/2 cup each well-drained sauerkraut and chopped pastrami in addition to the cheese.

Pizza Pizzazz

Toss 1/4 cup each chopped green peppers and fresh mushrooms with 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves. Prepare sandwiches as directed, using Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and Italian bread slices, and filling bread slices with 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni in addition to the vegetable mixture and cheese.
