Prepare sandwiches as directed, using Cracker Barrel Shredded Swiss Au Gratin Cheese and marble rye bread, and filling bread slices with 1/2 cup each well-drained sauerkraut and chopped pastrami in addition to the cheese.
Toss 1/4 cup each chopped green peppers and fresh mushrooms with 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves. Prepare sandwiches as directed, using Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and Italian bread slices, and filling bread slices with 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni in addition to the vegetable mixture and cheese.
Serve with hot cooked French fries.
