  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss potatoes with dressing and pepper in greased 15x10x3/4-inch baking pan. Spread into single layer.
  • Bake 20 min. Stir in onions. Continue baking 20 min. or until vegetables are tender.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and bacon; stir. Top with cheese. Bake an additional 2 min. or until cheese is melted.


Substitute a mixture of chopped fresh herbs, such as rosemary, chives, thyme and basil, for the parsley.

    I used new baby potatoes and cut them very small, only 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/3 red onion, dried parsley and parmesan cheese at the end. I added the onion after 20 minutes and baked for a total of 30 minutes. It was absolutely delicious! I will make again for sure.

    This recipe was awesome. Great to throw in the oven while making other things, good with breakfast or supper meals. I used Golden Italian instead, almost any kind would work I'm sure. Be sure to grease your pan really well, more dressing doesn't hurt, and toss onions in for last 10-15 mins. Will definitely make again and again.
