  • Cook garlic in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 2 min. Stir in coconut milk, broth and half the onions. Bring to boil; simmer on medium heat 5 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.
  • Add shrimp; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in cilantro and remaining onions.


Substitute thawed frozen sea scallops for the shrimp.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with lime wedges and hot steamed rice.
