  • Mix meat, coating mix, carrots and cheese. Shape into 16 balls.
  • Cook meatballs in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 min. or until browned.
  • Add dressing, soy sauce, water and rice. Bring to boil; simmer 1 min. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min. or until rice has absorbed liquid.

Serving Suggestion

Serve this one-pot dish with a side salad and your favourite Kraft Dressing.

    This was very good! I took other's suggestions and added an egg to keep the meatballs together and also substituted water for beef broth. It came out really good, not my favorite but would still make this again...perhaps just not as often as other recipes!

    So easy and flavourful, my family couldn't get enough. Great for after a big day at the office with not much time to make something!
