  • Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally. Use to brush onto meats and vegetables when cooking on the barbecue or in the oven, brushing on the meat or vegetables for the last 15 to 20 min. of the cooking time.

Sauce can stored in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 3 days before using.


Sauce is ideal for brushing onto chicken, spareribs or pork chops.

    This is a great sauce. It has such great flavour. I pre-cooked some small potatoes and then basted with this sauce and grilled them for abour 10 minutes, just to crisp them up. There were no potatoes left over at the end of the meal, which was quite a switch!!

    Talk about a nice barbecue sauce with a kick! I didn't have hot pepper sauce so I tried hot banana peppers (in puree) instead. Worked great!
